After Renegades, Natus Vincere, and mousesports clinched the last three playoffs spots, Starladder drew the quarter-final matchups at the end of day five in Kiev,
Day five in Kiev saw the fifth round matches played. Renegades kicked the day with a 2-0 win versus HellRaisers, which saw Nuke played as the first map, before Natus Vincere beat HEROIC on the back of great play from Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev. At the end of the day, MOUZ grabbed a narrow victory over Cloud9, finalizing the playoffs list.
The playoffs draw took place shortly after the last match ended. The 3-0 teams, G2 and FaZe were first drawn up against the 3-2 teams, as the former will face MOUZ while the latter will go up against Renegades.
The remaining 3-2 team, Natus Vincere, was then matched up with Astralis, with SK and Liquid being left as last to finalize the bracket.
The following quarter-finals will take place after a day off on Friday, February 23:
